FIT HAPPENS - North Scottsdale 5/18

Unlike many group classes, you will not be 'a face in the crowd' at a Fit+Well Dynamic FIT HAPPENS small group fitness class. Led by professional Health Coach and USATF coach Dolores Harrell, exercises will be adapted to your comfort and skill level. All participants leave each session with some specific instruction from Dolores, and a better sense of accomplishment than usually experienced in group fitness... All while having FUN.  We can't wait to have you join us. Here's a few things to remember:

• Are you a current Fit+Well Dynamics client? Great! You and a friend get a sweet discount. Contact us for details.
• Meet us on the field near the main buiding structure on the south side
• Bring ample water and a workout towel
• Remember sunscreen and consider a hat and/or sleeved shirt
• We suggest a light snack and/or preworkout drink prior to class
• You are welcome to bring a yoga mat for comfort
• All equipment will be sanitized prior to each personal use
• All movement will be kept 6 feet apart for health safety
• Please advise us in advance if you require a wheelchair accesible experience
• Do not attend class if you have been feeling ill. We will gladly apply your ticket to a future class
• Classes are not for children under the age of 10. Children age 10+ are considered participants with a purchased ticket, and must be accompanied by a participating parent
• Dogs are not permitted to classes
