SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING:

Orders at least $60.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $6.95 for Standard Shipping. Fit+Well Dynamics does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
STANDARD SHIPPING:

$6.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $60.00.
Most orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be considered placed the next business day.
On occasion, there may be out-of-stock items that cannot not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items if restock timing is undesirable by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
FIT+WELL NUTRACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
New, unopened items that were purchased through www.nowfoods.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for the order. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

Damaged or wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 14 days at no cost to the purchaser, unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.

FIT+WELL FITNESS & NUTRITION SERVICES
​
Fitness Coaching session & Nutrition Education packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred and or exchanged for credit toward other Fit+Well services or product offerings. Fit+Well, at its sole discretion, provide refund exceptions on a case by case basis. All services are accurately represented and explained within the website. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and understand what services are being offered prior to purchase.
